Hello Fitizens, K11 School is the perfect school for one who wants to build a career in fitness. Starting from first, the counsellor department were perfect who explained in detail the benefits of the course, and I selected the diploma in personal trainer course. Initially, I was a bit nervous, but once the course started, it went so smoothly without any glitches. Online classes are the best option for people having time issues travelling all the way to school. Faculty were top notch. u ask and u will get the answer that too satisfactorily. Recorded lecture was the best option for students who had to clear their doubts. Last but not the least, practical session was one of the best, breaking all myths of old type exercises and scientific exercises with proper form and technique. Master trainer with a lot of experience and patience helped us to master the exercises.

Exam department was also helpful.

Assessor conducting practical exams concluded the exam session with precision, letting me know where I can improve.

After exams, assessor guided me with my future plans and all nearby opportunities in fitness industry, which was very helpful of him.

Phenomenal place to learn and gain knowledge about fitness and exercise science. The school is built on providing you with scientific insights of working out. The staff is well coordinated and always there to help you. The theory lecturers, as well as master trainers for practicals, are exceptionally knowledgeable. The syllabus is constantly updated in accordance with research standards.

Being an Alumnus of K11 School of Fitness Sciences, I have first hand experience with the programs they offer. I have completed the DPT program and am currently preparing for the PTSP exam along with completing their HPN course as well. I recommend this school to prospective students who want to gain knowledge of fitness sciences. The DPT is a solid foundation for anyone who wants a better understanding of how exercise science works. K11 does an excellent job at teaching how the body actually functions with respect to exercise sciences along with busting many myths in the fitness industry. The PTSP course is just another level of education for anybody who is invested and passionate about fitness sciences. It gives students an edge in that their understanding of special populations in the gym environment becomes more deeper, hence making them more suitable to work with special individuals who wish to challenge their body’s functionality.

With regards to the physical school in Mumbai, it is very well managed, organised and maintained. Clean washrooms. Classrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. There is a pantry available and an open terrace for students to use for their breaks. Practicals take place in the “lab” on the ground floor that is equipped with all required equipment for learning the correct/ scientific methods – all trained by Master Trainers of the school.

K11 School of Fitness Science, is the best school for all students who really want to excel in the field of Fitness. The knowledge that K11 shares with us is for the lifetime.

There is no doubt that the K11 School is the best fitness institute in the country, I rather would say it is the world’s leading fitness institute. I feel proud for being a K11 student. I successfully completed my Diploma in Personal Training (DPT) in 2023. I’ve recently completed the courses of Nutritionist (HPN) & Personal Training for Special Population (PTSP).

As a student my experience at K11 was wonderful. The knowledge, which K11 delivers is totally based on science that clears all the doubts & misconceptions. The teachers are very supportive & friendly, they always give useful advice. For me, they all are inspirational. The classes are very well organised.

In practical sessions of DPT, the master trainers work hard on students so that the students can perform the exercises with correct techniques & biomechanics. K11 always stands with its students even after the completion of the course. K11 also conducts seminars regularly on various topics related to exercise science & nutrition science which helps the students for upgrading their knowledge. I would like to introduce myself as Rathijit Mallick, a biologist and a fitness enthusiast of many other things. I have always envisioned myself to look a certain way, and once I had undergone a major physical transformation, I felt the need to learn more about the ‘right’ way of doing things, backed up by scientific evidence and research. If you are starting your career in fitness, I would suggest K11, which would be the best fitness and sciences school that you should reach out to. Upon my experience, I started my career in fitness in 2021.

I reached out to K11 in search of knowledge regarding fitness, but I will say this: I lived a life there more than just learning, so the classes in K11 were more than normal classes. The classes there can go on for so many hours, but you will feel like the time has just passed. It’s so good that after listening to the lectures taken by the teachers in K11, I can guarantee that you won’t know how time passes by. With the theory classes taken by the teachers of K11 faculty and the practical classes taken by the Master trainers combined, when you pass out of school, you will be a perfect trainer in all aspects with a high knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and much more.

Now, coming to the staff and school, the staff are so friendly that you can approach them freely regarding admissions information or classes etc, and the school is such a place in which it has a big team for leading the school ahead, a well-equipped classroom for learning & a pleasant atmosphere.
